FAB (Friends at Bilton) and Bilton Grange warmly invite you to join us for our annual Winter Wonderland Family Christmas Ball on Saturday 7th December 2024.

The Family Christmas Ball is one of the great traditions of Bilton Grange and this year we are delighted to return to the pre-pandemic format which means that not only Upper School pupils can attend but also Juniors, 3rd and 4th Form pupils as well – along with their families of course. 

Tickets are sold on a first-come first-served basis but parents of children in 6th Form are being given a slight head-start on the ticket sales since this is their final year. 

6th Form may wish to sit with their family or they could sit on 6th Form only tables. All other children must sit with their families who will be arranged in tables of ten. 

Only full boarders are permitted to attend without their parents.  

This festive evening promises to be a wonderful celebration for Prep children and their parents. We look forward to seeing everyone dressed to impress in black tie as we enjoy a special night of delicious food, music, and dancing.

Tickets

Attendees are limited to the families of the children in the Prep School (Juniors & upwards). Unfortunately, given the space restrictions and timings, we can not invite younger siblings from Pre-Prep.

All 6th Form children will have the option to be seated together with staff supervision if they wish. Please indicate this preference on the registration form.

All other children will be seated with their parents.

Tables

If you wish to sit with other guests, please list their names in the registration form and we will endeavour to meet everyone’s wishes.

Please do not feel that you must be a part of a pre-arranged table to apply for tickets. 

There will also be a cash bar and wine/drinks can be ordered from there.
