Forward Together
Mentoring Programme

About The Programme

Are you looking to develop your career with guidance from an experienced professional? Or would you like to share your knowledge and support the next generation of leaders?

The Rugbeian Society Mentoring Programme is designed to connect female mentees with mentors (male and female) outside their organisations, creating an enriching, nine-month journey of learning, reflection, and professional growth.

How It Works

Duration: 9 months (June 2025 - February 2026).

Meeting Commitment: At least 4 meetings—how often and how long is up to you!

Format: Mainly virtual, but feel free to meet in person if it works for both of you.

Pairing Process: We’ll match you based on goals, experience, and preferences.

Support Resources: Initial onboarding workshop, and useful tools and resources to help along the way.

Ethical Standards: Everyone signs up to a professional framework.

Check-ins & Feedback: Mid-point and end-of-programme reviews.

Extra Boost: Mentees can choose to use a psychometric tool and have a one-hour coaching session.
