The Hong Kong Friends of Rugby School hosted a Parent Summer Tea Gathering in late August, for parents and students to meet prior to the start of the new school year. It was well attended and a good chance to connect with some new F Blockers and a student starting in the LXX. For the first time, parents in Hong Kong with children at Rugby School Thailand and the newly opened Rugby School Japan were invited to join, providing a broader range of experiences to share.

The next Hong Kong Friends of Rugby School event will be a reception and dinner on 2 November at the Hong Kong Club, which will be attended by Rugby’s Head Master, Gareth Parker-Jones, as well as some of the school’s exceptionally talented musicians.
