Hong Kong Friends Reunited

The Hong Kong Friends of Rugby School were delighted to welcome Rugby School Head Master, Gareth Parker-Jones, to an event for Rugbeians and friends at the Hong Kong Club on Thursday 2 November. More than 60 alumni and current parents joined Gareth, along with some of Rugby’s current students who were also visiting Hong Kong on a music tour.

Attendees were treated to several performances by the talented musicians. Solo performances from Audrey Tsang (B, XX) on the French Horn and Johnnie Diallo (SF, DB) on the piano began the evening, and a string quartet followed from Chloe Wu (B LXX), Raina Du (Tu, LXX), Chilam Wu (G, LXX) and Benjamin Tanner (T, LXX), accompanied by Deputy Director of Music, Rebecca Taylor.

Gareth will be returning to Hong Kong every year and we look forward to many more opportunities to come together in Hong Kong in the future.
