Warwickshire County Cricket Club set to come to Rugby School

For the first time in almost a decade, Warwickshire is taking professional cricket in to the community and we are thrilled to be hosting three Metro Bank One Day cup games against Surrey (2 August), Yorkshire (11 August) and Nottinghamshire (14 August) on The Close this summer.

Not only will our community have the opportunity to watch some first class cricket being played, but there are also plans to include fun cricket sessions for children during the interval, mascots and Guards of Honour involving local youngsters, and off-field activities.

The Club also wants to use our partnership to create a cricketing legacy in the town and inspire the next generation of players through free coaching sessions at leisure and youth centres delivered through the junior All Stars scheme.

Warwickshire members will be able to claim their tickets for the games in advance with any remaining tickets going on general sale. Keep your eyes peeled for release dates!
