Arnold Foundation Ambassador accepts training contract with White & Case LLP

We are delighted to share that Arnold Foundation Ambassador Jasper Kraamer (C 15-20) has received a First Class degree in BA History from UCL.

After many months of research in Ghanaian social and political history he submitted his dissertation on the positionality and identity shifts of multiracial individuals in the Gold Coast, titled: Elites to Exiles? The Shifting Positionality of Multiracial Identity in the Gold Coast from 1850-1927

Jasper said "Studying History in London gave me the opportunity to develop many transferable skills and explore my own background. I am proud to say that after a long and complex process, which saw me construct various family trees in order to make sense of the interconnections between Euro-African families, I received a First on my dissertation. I want to thank my family and friends for helping and motivating me along the way."

Jasper has now embarked on a new journey, pursuing a career as a solicitor and has just begun studying the PGDL at the University of Law.

After completing a successful legal internship at White & Case LLP in the summer of 2022 he has accepted a Training Contract with the firm.

Jasper said "I am very excited to begin working at a global and innovative workplace and look forward to learning a new discipline." A huge congratulations from us Jasper.
