This commitment was reflected recently when Rugby School welcomed Olli-Pekka Heinonen, Director General of the International Baccalaureate, as keynote speaker at staff training. His address, "Learning as if Life Depended on It", explored how schools can help young people develop the understanding and adaptability needed for modern life, a perspective that closely aligns with Rugby's educational philosophy.
